My story

Ever since I was a child, expression has been my refuge—through art, singing, writing. A sanctuary where I could escape into colors, deep thoughts, and imagination.

I struggled with confidence. I hesitated to share my creations. Self-expression was something I cherished, but I often retreated to the safety of my room where I could create without judgment. Painting and drawing became my outlet for emotions I didn't have words for.

Art remained my constant companion through joy and adversity—a lifeline during trauma, a means of processing what I couldn't speak. But for years, I still struggled to find my own voice.

It was through the strokes of a brush and the blending of colors that I began to reclaim myself. Art wasn't just a hobby anymore. It was how I came home to who I already was.

For years, I worked as a child care provider and caseworker, drawn to helping others but feeling creatively unfulfilled. Eventually, I took the leap—to create space for others the way art created space for me.

Today, I don't position myself as a healer or guide. I don't have all the answers. But I know what it feels like to long for yourself—to know who you are deep down but not quite believe it yet. My work is about creating space for that longing. Space to explore, express, and come home to who you already are.

I've been where you are. And I see you. That's what I offer—not fixing, not guiding—just witnessing. Just space. Just permission to believe what you already know.

My Mission

My mission is simple: create space for people who are longing for themselves.

Not to heal you. Not to fix you. Not to guide you.

But to witness you. To see you clearly. To hold space while you discover, believe, and come home to who you already are.

Through creative expression, we explore what's alive in you. Not with a framework or agenda, but with curiosity, color, and connection.

You already know who you are. You just don't quite believe it yet.

My work is about creating the space where that belief can grow.

Where you can articulate emotions you don't have words for.

Where you can reclaim your voice.

Where you can create the home inside yourself that you want to see.

The sky is the limit for what that means. It can morph. It can evolve. You get to decide.

I'm here—not with answers, but with presence. Not to transform you, but to reflect back what's already there.

Come as you are. Express what's alive. Come home.
